Working Process Flow
1. Manual Syringe Loading
Operators manually place empty oral syringes into the syringe holding tray or indexing fixture of the machine.
2. Syringe Positioning
The machine automatically positions the syringes under the filling nozzles using a pneumatic or mechanical indexing system.
3. Filling Operation
The liquid product is filled into the oral syringes through:
- Peristaltic pump
- Piston pump
- Servo-controlled filling system
