Injectable Vial Filling Process
Vial Washing Empty vials are loaded onto the infeed conveyor.
- Vials undergo internal and external washing using purified water/WFI and compressed air.
- Multiple washing cycles ensure removal of particles and contaminants.
- Clean vials are transferred automatically to the sterilization tunnel.
Sterilizing And Depyrogenating Tunnel
- Washed vials enter the sterilizing and depyrogenating tunnel through the infeed section.
- Vials pass through controlled heating zones at high temperature.
- The process removes microorganisms and pyrogens from the vials.
- Sterile and depyrogenated vials are cooled and transferred to the filling machine under sterile conditions.
Injectable Liquid Filling
- Sterile vials are indexed on the filling conveyor.
- Injectable liquid is filled into the vials through precision filling nozzles.
- Filling volume is controlled accurately to maintain dosage consistency.
- Filled vials are transferred automatically to the sealing machine.
Sealing
- Rubber stoppers are placed onto the filled vials.
- Aluminum caps are fed and crimped onto the vials.
- Sealing ensures product integrity and sterility.
- Sealed vials are discharged to the next operation.
External Washing
- Sealed vials undergo external cleaning to remove liquid residue or powder traces.
- Vials are washed and dried using purified water and air.
- Clean vials are inspected visually before labeling.
Labeling
- Vials are conveyed to the labeling station.
- Self-adhesive labels are applied accurately on each vial.
- Batch details, manufacturing date, and barcode are verified.
- Finished labeled vials are transferred for packing and further secondary packaging operations
