A Fully Automatic Pre-Filled Oral Syringe Filling & Closing Machine is designed for accurate filling, plugging/capping, and handling of oral syringes used for liquid pharmaceutical formulations, pediatric syrups, nutraceuticals, and veterinary products.
Working Process Flow
1. Syringe Loading
Empty oral syringes are loaded manually or automatically into the feeding system or conveyor.
2. Syringe Orientation & Feeding
The machine automatically aligns and transfers syringes to the indexing system for synchronized movement through each station.
3. Syringe Cleaning (Optional)
Depending on product requirements, syringes may pass through:
- Air cleaning
- Vacuum cleaning
- Ionized air cleaning
to remove dust or particles before filling.
4. Filling Operation
The liquid product is filled into the oral syringes using:
- Peristaltic pump
- Piston pump
- Servo-driven filling system
for high-accuracy dosing with minimal wastage.

5. Stoppering / Plug Insertion
After filling, the machine automatically inserts:

The machine performs automatic closing or sealing to ensure:
- Leak-proof packaging
- Product safety
- Accurate sealing torque
7. Inspection System (Optional)
Integrated vision or sensor systems check:
- Fill level
- Missing stopper/cap
- Syringe presence
- Product leakage
Rejected syringes are automatically removed.
8. Labeling (Optional)
Filled syringes can move to an automatic labeling station for batch coding and product identification.
9. Final Collection
Finished syringes are collected on:
- Output conveyor
- Tray loading system
- Packaging station
