  • Mechanical arm picks up the filled nest and places it back into the tub
  • Filled tub exits the machine

Fully Automatic Filling and Closing Machine for Syringe in Nest

  • Tub Positioning at Tyvek Removal Station
    The tub is automatically positioned and held at the Tyvek removal station.
  • Tyvek and Lid Paper Removal
    A robotic mechanism removes the Tyvek paper and lid paper from the tub.
  • Transfer to Filling Station
    The opened tub is conveyed to the filling station.
  • Nest Transfer to Filling Table
    A mechanical arm picks up the nest from the tub and places it onto the filling table.
  • Simultaneous Filling and Stoppering
    Product filling and stoppering operations are performed simultaneously to ensure efficient processing.
  • Return of Filled Nest to Tub
    After completion, the mechanical arm transfers the filled and stoppered nest back into the tub.
  • Discharge of Filled Tub
    The completed tub is automatically discharged from the machine for subsequent processing.
