Semi Automatic Filling and Closing Machine For Syringe in Nest

  • Manual Tyvek and Lid Paper Removal
    The operator removes the Tyvek paper and lid paper manually inside the enclosed machine through the glove ports.
  • Tub Placement at Filling Station
    The opened tub is positioned at the filling station by the operator.
  • Nest Transfer to Filling Table
    A mechanical arm automatically picks up the nest from the tub and transfers it to the filling table.
  • Simultaneous Filling and Stoppering
    Product filling and stoppering operations are performed simultaneously to ensure efficient and reliable processing.
  • Return of Filled Nest to Tub
    Upon completion of filling and stoppering, the mechanical arm picks up the filled nest and places it back into the tub at the filling station.
